Emma poggioliRegistrar & OPERATIONS COORDINATOREmma (she/her/hers) is the Registrar & Operations Coordinator at BACC. Her work focuses on day to day operations, client communications and managing BACC's inventory. Emma is passionate about achieving maximum efficiency to help her colleagues continue to achieve BACC's mission.
Emma believes nonprofits are key to building a stronger community and that BACC is actively demystifying the field of art conservation with its growing private and institutional partnerships. Emma earned her MA in Public History at the University at Albany. She received a BA in history at the State University of New York at Oswego. Before joining the BACC team, Emma's experience centered on customer relations and administration including her previous employment with the San Diego History Center as a Visitor Engagement Associate. Her training includes positions at the Albany County Hall of Records, the Safe Haven Museum, and the Storm King Art Center in NY. She served on the San Diego Emerging Museum Professionals Leadership Committee and is a member of the Association of Registrars and Collections Specialists.
